LCP Upload!

At long last, the LCP has arrived! Developed by Catherine, it adds the Gunner and Slasher Fodder as NPC classes, which can be found as Strikers, and should be totally functional in comp/con, foundry, and anywhere else LCPs are used. Also included are various unique abilities and features used by the various Finales, which only need to be added on top of default NPC sheets.

With Comp/Con's developer currently working on allowing LCPs to include pre-made NPCs, I'm eager to include ready-to-go sheets for all the big bads included in High Value Targets.

Lastly, High Value Targets 1.1 includes a handful of formatting fixes and very minor balance adjustments for T3 damage values.
